Two New Catering Opportunities

Situated within the newly refurbished market building, directly off the High Street, within the Heritage Quarter in the centre of Gravesend, two vacant catering units are now available.

Of particular interest to the Landlord is a café offer to complement the existing food court, but other options, such as a shop, would also be welcomed.

Tenants will be expected to fit out the units to an agreed specification, with rent free periods offered in lieu of these works.  Menus and product lines will need to be agreed with the Landlord in advance to ensure the overall offer is in the best interest of the market.

The market has several communal seating areas shared with the four Street Food vendors who currently operate in the adjacent food hall end of the market. All food vendors have shared housekeeping responsibilities.

Hours of Operation

The Market operates six days a week with the current opening hours:

Monday                               Closed.

Tuesday to Saturday       9am – 5pm

Sundays                               10am – 4pm

A trial for later night openings on Friday and Saturday evenings until 10pm may be included over time.
